Whether your looking to lease 'your' home or lease 'a' home, I have you covered.  Leasing is often very similar to the process of buying or selling a home with a few different steps, so I am very familiar with the process.  

Leasing Your Home

• Much like selling your home with the addition of a few more steps, so we'll discuss your wants and needs in a tenant and try to figure out a marketing plan to strategically get you the right person.

• Credit searches will be necessary, and perhaps a meeting interview process between lessor and lessee, no one wants a trivial rental situation. It is necessary to work together to have a happy match. 

Leasing A Home

• Much like buying a home with the exception of a few different steps, we'll collaborate with you to determine particular areas of interest based on your wants and needs

• Credit and background searches will be conducted therefore we'll make sure you are set up for success
